Brilliant location but needs some love Positive: The location for us was perfect and there was a secure garage for parking. Negative: The shower has black mould in the silicone, it’s freezing in that bathroom, for the shower to be hot none of the cold tap could be on, when I arrived the drains smelt like sewage, the couch feels like it’s on its last legs and the tv constantly stuffs up, in one of the bedrooms all of the power outlets are on the right side of the bed (that’s up against the wall) but there’s not extension chords and the lamp is on the left side not plugged in?.. the place just needs to some money invested in it to upkeep it and give it a freshen up! Also didn’t love that the front door had no extra lock whether that be a chain or anything, basically anybody who knows the code for the door can just let themselves straight in.

Convenient and Comfortable Positive: The private parking out the back was really good, i just left my car there and walked everywhere as its so close to local attractions. Anywhere i couldn't walk the tram is only a block away. The unit was spacious and clean. Negative: The unit is a little bit older so it does get a bit cold.

Wifi only occasionally worked . There were issues with the TV and it needed to be reset a lot. Positive: Information came really late. Pretty much on arrival

Positive: The location could not of been better. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for us and our 9 year old Grandaughter. Negative: Everything was good. THANK YOU
