Unit could do with a bit more TLC for letting to paying guests. Architraves, windows & doors are dirty & require a lick of fresh paint. A rug on the floor to cover the unsealed section would also be a cheap, easy freshen up.
A guest info folder would also be handy. No replies to messages sent requesting wifi details, therefore no wifi available for entire 4 night stay.
A cupboard or shelf under the TV to put the wifi modem etc instead of it laying on the floor would tidy that area up.
