Lovely location, Shame so tired and dirty Positive: Fab location near beach ànd very good price so although the kitchen is from Thé 1950s (not shown in Booking.com pictures), this is sort of ok as price is cheap for location.bed comfy ànd plenty of space Negative: Dirty. Looked like it had not had deep clean for a long time ànd little recent short term. I walked bare foot around the flat when we got there ànd feet went black. Floors clearly have not been cleaned properly for ages. The evidence was the hidden mop bucket beside the fridge where it could not be removed without stretching high high up. The mop head was dry with cob webs. All of the ledges ànd Edges were filthy (see pics) ànd as it was not clean there were many ants in the kitchen. Bedroom ac was 1970s unit as. So loud could not be used at night. Laundry room at back had no power ànd so could not be used. Washing machine was filthy with muck in the top (see photos) so had probably been out of action for a long time.contacted owner ànd they said they would look at the laundry but no apology ànd likely no site visit to check on quality of cleaning ànd maintenance people. Old sofa dumped in back yard. Lastly there was no door number on the wall so impossible with poor arrival instructions to be able to access the property. Sorry for such negative comments as have never done like this before but given how dirty it was this was necessary . Good luck ànd if issues addressed things can be so much better

Had to wait approx one hour after arriving before i received details to access the property. No plugs in kitchen or bathroom sinks.

Great location, easy entry, nice shower and bed Positive: Location was great Negative: Nothing. Although an old building it was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Very disappointed. Images on the website are too staged and did not reflect the real state of the appartement which is neglected. Cooking ware was deficient and we waited over a week for new ones. The host did not give instructions for the arrival or replied. Not enough lights just neon, old garbage at the back …

The unit was charming and comfortable, especially the bed. Clean and peaceful in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was professional and easily available. I would stay again for sure.
