It’s ok if you just drink at unit but go out for food Positive: Close to shops and transport. Fridges was good. Negative: Sofa bed is just an uncomfortable couch with broken extra foot rest. Microwave doesn’t work. Oven and stove didn’t work without a lighter which we didn’t have. So don’t know if it worked. Sheets had yellow stain on them.

Unfortunately it really doesn’t have anything going for it, I’ve never written a bad review before so for me to be sayin Positive: Positives - The beds were luckily the best part about the stay, only looked forward to sleeping in that room. - Obviously the location is very ideal, 500 meter walk to the beachfront. Negative: Negatives - Very deceptive pictures of the size of the rooms and what’s in them. - Poor, outdated, not clean furniture, looks like second hand furniture picked off from the side of the ride I wish I was joking. - Could NOT sit down at the dining table as the chairs had the cushion removed from them. - ‘Dodgy’ tradesman like work, floor boards are peeling up, glue patches everywhere on the floor. - Woke up to have a shower after our first night only to find that there was no hot water, far from ideal as it stalled a lot of plans and had to get a plumber called. This then took 5 hours to get someone to have a look, then when the plumber said the hot water service needs to be replaced 100% the owner (not manager) was reluctant to change it and asked if there is any other way to go about it. Owner ended up grabbing many quotes wasting time until he finally made a decision in the early afternoon. I assume as we had hot water that the owner did end up changing the system later that afternoon. - Bathroom had wood rot as the water from the shower would splash all over it. - No channel 7 = no Friday/Saturday night footy, with that no wifi was connected, and the tv itself is outdated, super super slow to operate.
